The Kingfisher Yellowjackets topped the host Byng Pirates basketball team by a final score of 35-27 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets face the Broken Bow Savages (Broken Bow, OK) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 24. Kingfisher will attempt to move on its 21-5 season record. The Savages enter the game with a 13-9 record after their 45-39 non-league win over Blanchard (Blanchard, OK).
With the defeat, Byng moves to 16-11 on the year.
