Michigan High School Basketball - Calumet knocked off by Lake Linden-Hubbell

The Lake Linden-Hubbell Lakes basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Calumet Copper Kings to 50 in the Lakes non-league triumph on Friday.
The Lakes now sport a 21-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host L'Anse for a Copper Mountain contest on Tuesday, February 27. Lake Linden-Hubbell will battle a Purple Hornets team coming off a 42-32 non-league loss to Hancock (Hancock, MI). The Purple Hornets record now stands at 9-11.
The Copper Kings (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Iron Mountain (Iron Mountain, MI). The Mountaineers enter the non-league contest with a 6-15 record. In their last contest, Iron Mountain was defeated by Gladstone (Gladstone, MI), 41-35, in a non-league contest.
