In Friday's non-league outing, the Coalgate Wildcats (Coalgate, OK) basketball squad edged the visiting Mangum Tigers (Mangum, OK), by a count of 44-40.
The Wildcats (5-20) will now prepare for their outing against Vanoss (Ada, OK). The Wolves go into the non-league outing with a 23-4 record. In their last outing, Vanoss held off Hobart (Hobart, OK), 52-29, in a non-league outing.
The Tigers now hold a 10-14 record.
