The Emery Spartans basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Grantsville Cowboys to 41 in the Spartans non-league victory on Friday.
With the victory, Emery upgrades its record to 17-8 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Richfield (Richfield, UT) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 24. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 22-4. Richfield won 53-49 in their recent non-league bout against Carbon (Price, UT)
Next up, the Cowboys play the Carbon Dinos (Price, UT) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 24. Grantsville will attempt to upgrade on its 22-3 season record. The Dinos come into the bout with a 19-7 record after their 53-49 non-league loss to Richfield (Richfield, UT).
