Clarkston Angoras (Clarkston, GA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Cross Keys Indians (Atlanta, GA), 7-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Angoras confront the Stephenson Jaguars (Stone Mountain, GA) in a 4A Region 6 challenge, on Tuesday, February 27. Clarkston will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 10-0 league loss to Westminster (Atlanta, GA).
The Indians now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Columbia for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 29. Cross Keys will confront a Eagles team coming off a 6-2 league loss to Towers (Decatur, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
