Palmetto Mustangs (Williamston, SC) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting West-Oak Warriors (Westminster, SC), 8-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs confront the Pendleton Bulldogs (Pendleton, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 1. Palmetto will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Timberland (St. Stephen, SC).

The Warriors now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Abbeville for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 27. West-Oak will battle a Panthers team coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Lincoln County (Lincolnton, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
