Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the South Gate Rams (South Gate, CA) and the host Chavez Eagles (San Fernando, CA), saw South Gate's baseball squad beat Chavez by a margin of 17-2.

Coming up next, the Rams play the North Hollywood Huskies (North Hollywood, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, February 24. South Gate will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
