The St. John Paul II Academy Eagles lacrosse team scored 11 points and held the host St. Edward's Pirates to 10 in the Eagles non-league win on Friday.
The Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their match against King's Academy (West Palm Beach, FL). The Lions go into the 1A D13 match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, King's Academy nudged Dwyer (Palm Beach Gardens, FL), 8-2, in a non-league match.
The Pirates (1-1) will now prepare for their match against St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, FL). The Raiders go into the non-league match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, St. Thomas Aquinas nudged Community School of Naples (Naples, FL), 14-4, in a non-league match.
