The Chalmette Owls routed the visiting Cabrini Crescents softball squad by a final score of 15-0 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Owls (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy (Avondale, LA). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy topped St. Scholastica (Covington, LA), 13-1, in a non-league battle.
The Crescents now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Slidell for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 24. Cabrini will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Pearl River (Pearl River, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-3.
