Highland Park Scots (Dallas, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Lakeview Centennial Patriots (Garland, TX), 24-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Scots now sport a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Horn for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 23. Highland Park will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Kaufman (Kaufman, TX). The Jaguars record now stands at 5-2.

With the loss, Lakeview Centennial falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Patriots host Garland (Garland, TX) to face the Owls in a 6A Region II District 9 challenge on Tuesday, February 27. The Owls enter the challenge with a record of 4-2.
