The Brahmas now hold a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sweeny for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 24. Bellville will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 11-7 non-league win over Columbus (Columbus, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.

Next, the Sandcrabs confront the Columbia Roughnecks (West Columbia, TX) in a non-league outing, on Friday, February 25. Calhoun will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Roughnecks go into the outing with a 0-2 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Sealy (Sealy, TX).
