The Mt. Zion Bulldogs soccer team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Mundy's Mill Tigers to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Thursday.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Luella Lions (Luella, GA) in a AAAA Region 5 contest, on Tuesday, March 1. Mt. Zion will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Lions enter the contest with a 1-4 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Locust Grove (Locust Grove, GA).
The Tigers now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Centennial for a non-league contest on Friday, March 4. Mundy's Mill will face a Knights team coming off a 3-1 league win over Creekview (Canton, GA). The Knights record now stands at 8-2.
