The Golden Bears now sport a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lee for a non-league match on Thursday, February 24. Edison will face a Volunteers squad coming off a 6-1 league win over SA Roosevelt (San Antonio, TX). The Volunteers record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Clemens falls to 8-1 on the campaign. The Buffaloes host Judson (Converse, TX) to encounter the Rockets in a 6A Region IV District 27 test on Tuesday, March 1. The Rockets come into the test with a record of 5-3. Judson won 7-0 in their recent league test against New Braunfels (New Braunfels, TX)
