California High School Softball - Imperial Steele Canyon

In Thursday's non-league contest, the Steele Canyon Cougars (Spring Valley, CA) softball team the host Imperial Tigers (Imperial, CA), by a margin of 6-3.

With the triumph, Steele Canyon moves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Cougars travel to Bonita Vista (Chula Vista, CA) to play the Barons in a non-league contest on Friday, February 25. The Barons come into the contest with a record of 1-1. Bonita Vista won 7-2 in their recent non-league contest against Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA)

In their next game, the Tigers play the Yuma Catholic Shamrocks (Yuma, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 1. Imperial will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Shamrocks come into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 18-8 non-league loss to River Valley (Mohave Valley, AZ).
