Texas High School Baseball - San Diego loses to Woodsboro

The Woodsboro Eagles crushed the visiting San Diego Vaqueros baseball team by a count of 16-2 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Eagles now possess a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Skidmore-Tynan for a non-league bout on Friday, February 24. Woodsboro will face a Bobcats team coming off a 19-1 non-league loss to West Oso (Corpus Christi, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-2.

Next, the Vaqueros face the Taft Greyhounds (Taft, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 25. San Diego will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Greyhounds go into the game with a 1-0 record after their 5-0 non-league win over West Oso (Corpus Christi, TX).
