The Veterans Memorial Patriots baseball team (San Antonio, TX), was overwhelmed 7-1 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Southwest Dragons (San Antonio, TX)

The Dragons now hold a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wimberley for a non-league outing on Friday, February 24.

Next, the Patriots confront the Madison Mavericks (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, February 25. Veterans Memorial will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Mavericks go into the outing with a 1-3 record after their 12-3 non-league win over Wagner (San Antonio, TX).
