The South Newton Rebels (Kentland, IN) basketball crushed the visiting Attica Red Ramblers (Attica, IN), 56-18 in Friday's non-league test.
The Rebels (2-20) will now prepare for their test against West Central (Francesville, IN). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 8-14 record. In their last test, West Central walloped North Miami (Denver, IN), 62-60, in a non-league test.
The Red Ramblers now own a 0-20 record. They play next when they travel to Fountain Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 28. Attica will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 59-49 non-league win over Sheridan (Sheridan, IN). The Mustangs record now stands at 19-4.
