Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Mahtomedi Zephyrs (Mahtomedi, MN) and the visiting Bemidji Lumberjacks (Bemidji, MN), saw Mahtomedi's basketball squad wallop Bemidji by a tally of 80-50.

With the victory, Mahtomedi improves its record to 21-3 on the campaign. The Zephyrs travel to Tartan (Oakdale, MN) to play the Titans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 28. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 14-10. Tartan won 81-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN)

Next up, the Lumberjacks play the Hibbing Bluejackets (Hibbing, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 2. Bemidji will attempt to improve on its 13-11 season record.
