The Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial Knights basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the host Central Raiders to 43 in the Knights league victory on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 24-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belle Plaine for a AA Section 2 contest on Friday, March 3. Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial will battle a Tigers team coming off a 86-70 league win over Glencoe-Silver Lake (Glencoe, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 19-6.
The Raiders (21-4) will now prepare for their contest against St. Clair (St. Clair, MN). The Cyclones come into the AA Section 2 contest with a 9-14 record.
