Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Miller Rustlers (Miller, SD) and the visiting Highmore/Harrold Pirates (Highmore, SD), saw Miller's basketball squad knock off Highmore/Harrold by a count of 72-62.

With the victory, Miller upgrades its record to 11-9 on the campaign. The Rustlers travel to Stanley County (Fort Pierre, SD) to play the Buffalos in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 28. The Buffalos come into the challenge with a record of 3-17. Stanley County lost 63-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Lyman (Presho, SD)

Next up, the Pirates play the Sully Buttes Chargers (Onida, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 28. Highmore/Harrold will attempt to upgrade on its 13-7 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 6-14 record after their 78-65 non-league win over North Central (Eureka, SD).
