Nevada High School Basketball - Mineral County tops Pyramid Lake

February 24, 2023: Hawthorne, NV 89415

Mineral County Serpents (Hawthorne, NV) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Pyramid Lake Lakers (Nixon, NV), 54-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Mineral County upgrades its record to 24-3 on the campaign. The Serpents travel to GV Christian (Henderson, NV) to play the Guardians in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 25. The Guardians come into the bout with a record of 20-9. GV Christian won 51-33 in their recent non-league bout against Eureka (Eureka, NV)
