Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Mishawaka Cavemen (Mishawaka, IN) and the host South Bend St. Joseph Indians (South Bend, IN), saw Mishawaka's basketball squad hold off South Bend St. Joseph by a tally of 66-62.
With the victory, Mishawaka improves its record to 17-6 on the campaign. The Cavemen travel to Plymouth (Plymouth, IN) to confront the Pilgrims/Rockies in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 28. The Pilgrims/Rockies come into the challenge with a record of 10-12. Plymouth won 52-41 in their recent non-league challenge against New Prairie (New Carlisle, IN)
Next up, the Indians confront the Jimtown Jimmies (Elkhart, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 28. South Bend St. Joseph will attempt to improve on its 10-14 season record. The Jimmies come into the challenge with a 5-17 record after their 73-33 league loss to Mishawaka Marian (Mishawaka, IN).
