Indiana High School Basketball - Randolph Southern succumbs to Monroe Central

The Monroe Central Golden Bears topped the host Randolph Southern Rebels basketball team by a final score of 59-44 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Golden Bears face the Wapahani Raiders (Selma, IN) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 1. Monroe Central will attempt to move on its 10-14 season record. The Raiders enter the game with a 21-1 record after their 65-24 league win over Shenandoah (Middletown, IN).

With the defeat, Randolph Southern moves to 9-12 on the year. The Rebels travel to Cambridge City Lincoln (Cambridge City, IN) to face the Golden Eagles in a non-league game on Wednesday, March 1. The Golden Eagles enter the game with a record of 9-12. Cambridge City Lincoln lost 57-51 in their recent league game against Centerville (Centerville, IN)
