The Union Catholic Vikings (Scotch Plains, NJ) basketball nipped the host Paul VI Eagles (Haddonfield, NJ), 64-58 in Friday's non-league test.

The Vikings (17-8) will now prepare for their test against Camden Catholic (Cherry Hill, NJ). The Fighting Irish go into the non-league test with a 22-5 record. In their last test, Camden Catholic got by Red Bank Catholic (Red Bank, NJ), 62-33, in a non-league test.
