The Brentwood School Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Lake Balboa College Prep Cougars to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakwood for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 28.
The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Taft (Woodland Hills, CA). The Toreadors enter the non-league game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Taft was dropped by University (Los Angeles, CA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
Match Summary
LBCP played well away without two key players. Playing on Brentwood's practice court instead of playing the gyms full court led to tight playing circumstances. I'm proud of my teams efforts.
