In Friday's non-league outing, the Mineral Point Pointers (Mineral Point, WI) basketball squad beat the visiting Cambridge Bluejays (Cambridge, WI), by a count of 55-41.
The Pointers (22-5) will now prepare for their outing against New Glarus (New Glarus, WI). The Glarner Knights go into the non-league outing with a 24-0 record. In their last outing, New Glarus defeated Marshall (Marshall, WI), 81-49, in a non-league outing.
The Bluejays now hold a 17-10 record.
