The Slidell Greyhounds (Slidell, TX) basketball crushed the host Gorman Panthers (Gorman, TX), 46-24 in Friday's non-league test.

The Greyhounds (30-3) will now prepare for their test against Huckabay (Stephenville, TX). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 38-2 record. In their last test, Huckabay walloped Dodd City (Dodd City, TX), 46-31, in a non-league test.

The Panthers now own a 33-4 record.
