Stargate School Eagles (Thornton, CO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Lotus School For Excellence Meteors (Aurora, CO), 1-0 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Stargate School upgrades its record to 3-18 on the season. The Eagles travel to Manual (Denver, CO) to play the Thunderbolts in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 25. The Thunderbolts go into the bout with a record of 8-12. Manual lost 61-37 in their recent non-league bout against Prospect Ridge Academy (Broomfield, CO)
