The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Arizona College Prep Knights (Chandler, AZ) and the visiting Gila Ridge Hawks (Yuma, AZ), saw Arizona College Prep's softball squad achieve victory over Gila Ridge by a count of 16-2.

The Knights now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to American Leadership Academy for a non-league match on Friday, February 24. Arizona College Prep will face a Patriots squad coming off a 21-5 non-league loss to Payson (Payson, AZ). The Patriots record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Gila Ridge drops to 1-1 on the year. The Hawks travel to American Leadership Academy (Queen Creek, AZ) to encounter the Patriots in a non-league test on Saturday, February 25.
