Blacksher Bulldogs (Uriah, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Escambia County Blue Devils (Atmore, AL), 16-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Flomaton for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 2.

With the loss, Escambia County falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Blue devils host T.R. Miller (Brewton, AL) to battle the Tigers in a 3A Area 2 challenge on Monday, February 27. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 8-1. T.R. Miller won 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Thomasville (Thomasville, AL)
