Alabama High School Softball - Lawrence County bounces Sipsey Valley

February 24, 2023: Buhl, AL 35446

The Lawrence County Red Devils (Moulton, AL) softball routed the host Sipsey Valley Bears (Buhl, AL), 10-1 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Red Devils (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Fairhope (Fairhope, AL). The Pirates go into the non-league bout with a 3-0 record. In their last bout, Fairhope notched a victory over Hatton (Town Creek, AL), 5-0, in a non-league bout.

The Bears now possess a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Northside for a 4A Area 6 bout on Thursday, March 2. Sipsey Valley will confront a Rams squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Haleyville (Haleyville, AL). The Rams record now stands at 3-6.
