The Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North Raiders softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Winn Mavericks to 0 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North improves its record to 3-2 on the year. The Raiders host McAllen (McAllen, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 5A Region IV District 31 game on Tuesday, February 28. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 6-2. McAllen lost 4-1 in their recent non-league game against Taft (San Antonio, TX)

In their next game, the Mavericks clash with the Zapata Hawks (Zapata, TX) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 24. Winn will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Hawks come into the game with a 3-3 record after their 11-3 non-league win over Edinburg North (Edinburg, TX).
