Louisiana High School Baseball - Leesville nudged by Grant

The Grant Cougars nudged the host Leesville Wampus Cats baseball team by a tally of 5-4 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Cougars now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Montgomery for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 27. Grant will face a Tigers team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Castor (Castor, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 1-0.

Next, the Wampus Cats face the Simpson Broncos (Simpson, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 27. Leesville will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Broncos enter the bout with a 0-2 record after their 15-0 non-league loss to Grace Christian (Alexandria, LA).
