With the win, Sipsey Valley upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Bears travel to Tuscaloosa Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL) to battle the Knights in a non-league test on Thursday, February 29. The Knights come into the test with a record of 4-1. Tuscaloosa Academy lost 12-0 in their recent non-league test against Oak Grove (Bessemer, AL)

With the defeat, Hale County falls to 2-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to West Blocton (West Blocton, AL) to battle the Tigers in a non-league test on Monday, February 26. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 3-2. West Blocton lost 13-1 in their recent non-league test against Archbishop Hannan (Covington, LA)
