In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Sumner Cowboys baseball team scored a tight 4-1 victory over the Many Tigers.
The Cowboys (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Bogalusa (Bogalusa, LA). The Lumberjacks go into the 3A District 7 game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Bogalusa tipped Mt. Hermon (Mt. Hermon, LA), 16-1, in a non-league game.
The Tigers (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Glenbrook (Minden, LA). The Apaches go into the non-league game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Glenbrook by Benton (Benton, LA), 12-7, in a non-league game.
