The Natchitoches Central Chiefs crushed the host St. Frederick Warriors baseball team by a tally of 14-4 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Chiefs now hold a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to North DeSoto for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 24. Natchitoches Central will face a Griffins team coming off a 11-4 non-league loss to Parkway (Bossier City, LA). The Griffins record now stands at 1-1.
Next, the Warriors face the Byrd Yellow Jackets (Shreveport, LA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 24. St. Frederick will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 12-10 non-league loss to Ouachita Christian (Monroe, LA).
