Vista del Lago Eagles (Folsom, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Sheldon Huskies (Sacramento, CA), 17-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Vista del Lago upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles host Casa Roble (Orangevale, CA) to battle the Rams in a non-league test on Wednesday, February 28. The Rams come into the test with a record of 0-0.

With the defeat, Sheldon falls to 0-2 on the season. The Huskies host Kennedy (Sacramento, CA) to battle the Cougars in a non-league test on Wednesday, February 28. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 2-0. Kennedy won 4-0 in their recent non-league test against West Campus (Sacramento, CA)
