The East Lansing Trojans basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Hartland Eagles to 49 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Trojans now sport a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakewood for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 27. East Lansing will meet a Vikings team coming off a 55-45 non-league loss to Ionia (Ionia, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 10-11.
The Eagles (14-7) will now prepare for their contest against Tournament Team (, ). The enter the non-league contest with a 10-20 record. In their last contest, Tournament Team was defeated by Winston-Salem Christian National (Winston-Salem, NC), 63-31, in a non-league contest.
