Trinity Christian Lions (Sharpsburg, GA) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Coosa Eagles (Rome, GA), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions confront the Banneker Trojans (College Park, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 26. Trinity Christian will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Centennial (Roswell, GA).
The Eagles now have a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pepperell for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 27. Coosa will confront a Dragons team coming off a 2-1 league win over Chattooga (Summerville, GA). The Dragons record now stands at 2-4.
