The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Sweetwater Mustangs (Sweetwater, TX) and the visiting Clyde Bulldogs (Clyde, TX), saw Sweetwater's softball squad nip Clyde by a count of 3-0.

The Mustangs now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southlake Carroll for a non-league match on Thursday, February 29. Sweetwater will face a Dragons squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Lewisville (Lewisville, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 11-3.

With the loss, Clyde falls to 10-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Coleman (Coleman, TX) to face the Bluecats in a non-league match on Saturday, February 24. The Bluecats enter the match with a record of 1-1. Coleman won 12-2 in their recent non-league match against Iowa Park (Iowa Park, TX)
