In Saturday's non-league contest, the Economedes Jaguars (Edinburg, TX) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Valley View Tigers (Pharr, TX), by a margin of 13-0.

With the triumph, Economedes moves its record to 4-5 on the year. The Jaguars travel to La Villa (La Villa, TX) to play the Cardinals in a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 27. The Cardinals come into the contest with a record of 0-0.
