The Coyotes now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Grulla for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 27. La Joya will battle a Gators squad coming off a 16-1 non-league loss to Roma (Roma, TX). The Gators record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Veterans Memorial falls to 7-4 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Rio Grande City (Rio Grande City, TX) to battle the Rattlers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 24. The Rattlers enter the challenge with a record of 2-1. Rio Grande City won 9-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Hanna (Brownsville, TX)
