The Pollok Central Bulldogs softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Lindale Eagles to 2 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Pollok Central moves its record to 11-1 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Newton (Newton, TX) to clash with the Eagles in a 3A Region III District 21 game on Tuesday, February 27. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 3-0. Newton won 16-1 in their recent non-league game against Martinsville (Martinsville, TX)
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Caddo Mills Foxes (Caddo Mills, TX) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, February 27. Lindale will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Foxes come into the game with a 3-7 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to Robinson (Robinson, TX).
