The Lobos now own a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Veterans Memorial for a 5A Region IV District 32 challenge on Tuesday, February 27. Lopez will battle a Chargers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to La Joya (La Joya, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, Rivera falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Uvalde (Uvalde, TX) to battle the Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 29.
