In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Dripping Springs Tigers baseball team scored a close 7-0 win over the Johnson Jaguars.
The Tigers (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Stony Point (Round Rock, TX). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Stony Point nudged Austin (Austin, TX), 5-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Jaguars play the Bowie Bulldogs (Austin, TX) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, February 25. Johnson will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
