California High School Baseball - Half Moon Bay loses to Santa Clara

February 24, 2025: Half Moon Bay, CA 94019

In Monday's non-league bout, the Santa Clara Bruins (Santa Clara, CA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Half Moon Bay Cougars (Half Moon Bay, CA), by a score of 7-1.

Next up, the Bruins encounter the Sequoia Ravens (Redwood City, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 26. Santa Clara will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Ravens go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Mountain View (Mountain View, CA).

With the defeat, Half Moon Bay drops to 0-1 on the year. The Cougars travel to Mountain View (Mountain View, CA) to play the Spartans in a non-league test on Wednesday, February 26.
