The Haltom Buffalos baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Keller Central Chargers to 5 in the Buffalos non-league win on Monday.
The Buffalos now hold a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Denton for a non-league test on Thursday, February 27. Haltom will play a Broncos team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Sanger (Sanger, TX). The Broncos record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Keller Central drops to 2-1 on the year. The Chargers travel to Burleson (Burleson, TX) to play the Elks in a non-league test on Friday, February 28. The Elks go into the test with a record of 3-0.
