The Lincoln Charter Eagles baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting North Lincoln Knights to 4 in the Eagles non-league win on Monday.
The Eagles now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Maiden for a non-league test on Friday, February 28. Lincoln Charter will play a Blue Devils team coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to South Caldwell (Hudson, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, North Lincoln drops to 0-1 on the year. The Knights host Burns (Lawndale, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Wednesday, February 26. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 1-0. Burns won 11-6 in their recent non-league test against South Point (Belmont, NC)
