The Middlesex Chargers (Saluda, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Chincoteague Ponies (Chincoteague, VA), 66-37 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Chargers now possess a 16-5 record. They play next when they host Lancaster for a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 26. Middlesex will play a Red Devils team coming off a 55-42 non-league win over Northampton (Eastville, VA). The Red Devils record now stands at 14-7.

With the loss, Chincoteague falls to 6-10 on the campaign.
