In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting The Pingry School Big Blue basketball team scored a close 54-51 win over the Timothy Christian .
The Big Blue (9-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Immaculata (Somerville, NJ). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 14-7 record. In their last challenge, Immaculata edged Hillsborough (Hillsborough, NJ), 71-57, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the encounter the Pioneer Academy Eagles (Wayne, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 28. Timothy Christian will attempt to improve on its 12-6 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 12-7 record after their 60-43 non-league win over Saddle River Day (Saddle River, NJ).
